# Speeko

> Speeko is an AI voice agent platform that places and answers phone calls for appointment confirmations, inbound reception, and outbound lead outreach.

Speeko runs inbound and outbound voice agents on a virtual number from Telnyx, Twilio, or another SIP carrier. Agents use neural speech with barge-in. Enabled tools can look someone up, check a calendar, book, cancel, confirm, transfer, or hang up. Outcomes and transcripts land in the Speeko portal. Teams do not write code to go live.

Speeko is not an IVR menu, a chatbot, or a call-recording tool. The agent is meant to finish the job on the call.
